Delivery Charges

All items are posted via standard post. Please allow 2-7 days.

Express post is available (please let us know if you would like this option)

During our sale, Items are sold very quickly- placing an order via the online store does not guarantee the stock. We will inform you if this is the case.

PICK-UPS

You will be contacted by customer service to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.

There are strictly no pick-ups over the weekends.

Delivery charges are included in the description of each item and also displayed at the online 'checkout'.

Our deliveries are made by Australia Post for small packages and carefully screened courier services for larger items.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days. Occasionally there may be a delay in dispatching an order - for example, if we are awaiting new stock of an item you have ordered. Please therefore allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

All deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no-one is present at the delivery address the parcel will be taken back to the local distribution centre, and a calling card left. The card will tell you where your parcel is being stored and provide a contact number for you to call to arrange for re-delivery or collection.

Please note that if you order bulky items you need to ensure that there are no access restrictions to your property for delivery vehicles. Due to OH&S requirements, you will be required to assist with the delivery of these items. Delivery only includes securing the item onto the ground floor of the address.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is returned to us by the courier as undelivered due to either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or the customer not responding to cards left by the courier requesting contact to arrange re-delivery, the charges made to us by the courier will be the responsibility of the customer. The extra postage charge for re-delivery of such orders will also be the responsibility of the customer.
